One Side (Envelope is sealed, so I am not sure if the record was ever played)
- Envelope: VG+VG (The flap has a crease towards the left edge has small tear. Bit of wear at corners. Tiny crease at corners. There is a half of a yellow label on the front middle right)
- Can see insert with the birthday names through the clear see thru cellophane on back.
