Description

I doubt I need to say how special this is! There were only 600 copies made, and this rarely comes up for sale.

This is the 8LP Limited Edition Box Set. Actually, it's the only edition of the vinyl.

Although this is a visual evaluation, there's a bit more to it than that. Let me describe the box first.

The box is in VG condition. You should be able to see from the photos that the sides of the box are slightly splayed because of the way the pop-up fits into it. The white cardboard is underneath the pop-up. The sides of the white cardboard, which goes down the sides of the records, are slightly imperfect, having a couple of folds, but it still fits well. The sides of the cardboard outer fits well down the sides of those, with the proviso mentioned above, that they are slightly splayed. There are a couple of light marks and creases on the box front, as shown in that photo. The pop-up itself is in really great condition.

Vinyl/inners VG+ I haven't owned this from new, so I have never taken all the LPs out. But I did take out the top 3 as there is a very slight amount of edge wear, indication that those have been out, and the records have been played. On inspection, that is indeed the case. There are few very light marks which really do look like they will come off with a clean. There are also a couple of pressing faults which don't normally affect the sound. The inners below these looks perfect, so I am assuming the others are like this, and the records are unplayed. I don't know this for certain, but I don't want to take them out, for obvious reasons. This is likely to be a collector's item, after all.

This copy also includes the pin/badge which came with this, and the t-shirt, which is XL. I don't think it's been worn. There is a small brown mark on the front right down at the bottom, which would be viewable if worn outside trousers, but not inside. But, I doubt anyone would wear it.

I will have to charge a greater amount than usual for postage and insurance, see below. Unfortunately, Ebay has only allowed me to enter a maximum of £9.50, despite it going to cost me about £17.75 to achieve the relevant insurance. Please bear this in mind.

Of course, it will have to be sent on its own, not combined with any others I am selling.
