Very rare French Beatles EXPORT EP from 1966 in superb condition

Offical release date: January 1966
The record is graded as Near Mint. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy ! NO scratches. Really shiny and looking new vinyl. The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks.
Comes with the original company sleeve. The front sleeve is in EX++ condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO hand writings, split or tears. No major faults. Backcover is in VG+ condition, only because of a mark from a removed sticker.
The labels are free from any unwanted hand writings or stickers. Graded as Mint-.
