Labels are yellow with black writing

Condition:   

• Cover: VGVG (Wear along the edges and corners with tape along the edges. Some dirt on front and back. Few creases on both sides. Some writing in pencil "REC. y791.5 B162.m cop 2"  at top left corner with a purple stamp of "Thomas Hughes", and purple stamp "The Chicago Public Library Sep 10 1063 D" at bottom, on back)
• Record: VGVG (Both sides have surface noise, can still hear clearly)
• Labels: VGVG (Both sides have some scribbling which can be seen under a light. Also some wear around center hole and a white label at edge on both sides)

Size: 12"  33 RPM
