This insanely rare compilation LP was pressed in 1970 in extremely small quantities to commemorate the birthday of hindu guru Meher Baba. A good deal of this LP is performances by Pete Townshend of The Who (probably the most vocal advocate of Meher Baba) including a positively beautiful rendition of Cole Porter's "Begin The Beguine" (Baba's favorite song). Other contributions include one track by Ronnie Lane of The Faces / Small Faces & one track by Roger Waters collaborater Ron Geesin.
This LP is in positively fantastic shape! The LP is in unplayed spotless condition aside from a slight dent on the top right corner (barely noticable), the cover is equally pristine. Gorgeous!
AN ABSOLUTE MUST FOR ANY SERIOUS FAN OF PETE TOWNSHEND & THE WHO! DON'T PASS THIS ONE, THERE JUST AREN'T THAT MANY OF THESE IN EXISTANCE!
