This is a rare to find vinyl LP stereo release under the POKI label in 1978 entitled "KEALA" (SP7 9027) by the very famous Hawaiian group Makaha Sons of Ni"ihau.
This early album recorded in Hawaii features the following members: Skippy N.K. Kamakawiwoole, leaderr: Melvin Amina; Israel K. Kamakawiwoole; Louis Moon Kauakaahi: Elmer Kohala: and Abraham Nahulu. The album was produced by Bill Murata and recorded in June , 1977 at Sound of Hawaii Studios. Cover art ad design was by Elaine Iwamasa.
The album is still in original shrink wrap (with still affixed $6.98 price sticker) and the jacket rates a NM as to condition. The vinyl looks to have been played little if any and produces a flawless sound throughout and also rated NM as to condition. The original generic inner sleeve (no slits) is included as will be a new poly slip-on outer sleeve to help protect this 37 year-young gem for generations to come. Jacket and vinyl are separated and wrapped with bubble wrap for shipment in heavy duty record mailer (no packing charge).
