RARE Island Records Sales File Brochures and LP's for 1971 'El Pea' multiple art

You are bidding on a rare record store sales sampler. The sampler includes two sales file brochures. One includes a "reps sampler" and the other contains album and artist information. The brochures and paperwork are all in excellent to near mint condition.
The records themselves appear to have either never been played or played very little. The labels do show some signs of wear, possibly due to handling at the factory when pressed.
The box does show signs of storage and shelf wear on corners and some of the edges. It is in VG+ condition.
The second track on side 4 is not "Northern Sky" by Nick Drake. It is listed in the brochure as "One of These Things First" by Nick Drake.
The matrix reads: PJ + 1 + A PJ + 1 + B PJ + 2 + A PJ + 2 + B

He bought the best and shelved them, most have either not been played or played very little. We will do our best to describe in detail any flaws or special attributes these records may have.
