JOHN AND BEVERLY MARTIN - PRIMROSE HILL WHITE LABEL PROMOTIONAL 45 FOR RADIO STATION USE.John is the consummate musician's musician - his songs feature highly in any audiophile's collection yet he has never quite crossed over into the mainstream, gaining a cult following in the process.His and her connection with Nick Drake and his life and work are well documented elsewhere so I won't go into that here, suffice it to say his connections wth Drake and others like Joe Boyd , Fairport Convention guitarist Richard Thompson , and Danny Thompson from Pentangle influenced his work greatly.. This was recorded and released in 1970.
