Epsilon "S/T" on Bacillus 6494 001, an original stereo German pressing.
The vinyl is in beautiful glossy near mint condition, extremely well preserved.  The glossy laminated gatefold cover is in clean NM/VG++ condition, no writing, no splits, clean crisp corners, slight delamination at top edge, very small tear on spine, extremely well preserved.
