After an agreement of a refund please return the item within 14 working days after the date of delivery with a note including your name, item number and user ID. Please can you use a recorded delivery service and keep hold of your receipt with the tracking number in case the item goes missing in the post otherwise there will be no proof you sent it and consequently we cannot issue a refund.
