Comes with lenticular picture glued on the front of the gatefold sleeve. blue/white-coloured inner sleeve. 

This release has a curious label, combining characteristics of London mono and stereo labels. It omits the silver 'Stereophonic' band and has 'Long Playing' instead (like the mono 'LL' issues) although this one is clearly a stereo disk (cover says so too); substitutes 'front side' with 'Side 1' and has at the bottom 'Unauthorized public performance ... prohibited' printed in the perimeter. (see pics)
