You are bidding on KENNETH HIGNEY ATTIC DEMONSTRATION .

 This is the ORIGINAL 1976 issue on Kebrutney KBH-516 US pressing which Higney recorded in the basement studio of a house in Brooklyn and the second set of recordings were done in an attic studio somewhere in mid-town Manhattan.

The songs were not recorded with a release in mind and are one take demo versions of things he had hoped to get covered.

 Considered one of the Holy Grails of real people music and has recently been reissued.

 Cover is VG with some minor cover wear and slight 2 inch top and bottom middle seam split.

 Vinyl is near mint with one minor paper scuff mark.
