Description

SUPER RARE NW Rockabilly 45 Larry De Rieux "Chicken Session" /"Darlene Darlene" Arco #102 1959. Larry De Rieux from Eugene Oregon recorded the A side Teener "Darlene Darlene" and needed a B side. With less than an hour of the recording session left, he wrote and recorded "Chicken Session". His 45 did sell or chart well at the time but it was so great it was released on Norton's Chicken Session Early NW Rockers & Instrumentals Vol. 2 compilation CD in 2002 and given the title of the CD. Also included is an original autographed 8 X 10 glossy promo photo signed "To Jeff Larry De Rieux". Photo has a couple of corner creases otherwise excellent condition. Record has a couple light surface scratches but plays and sounds great. Hardly played! Labels are unmarked.
