It is by Lord Laro / titled - Bacchanal '72 on FRM (Federal Record Mfg) - FRM 134
I could only find one other copy (that sold in 2010)
Vinyl is NM / super clean.
Cover is EX- / (in shrink wrap) has some light damage to the open right front edge (see close up pic) and a bent corner.
