We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. This is a very scarce, long long time no see EXACT 2nd press to the incredibly scarce 1970 local Texas pressing...less copies made of this issue than the first press and that's why you don't see this release either!

Obscure USA garage-rock band KENNY & THE KAMOTIONS were originally from Shreveport, Louisianna, touring all over the South, they mainly could be found performing at hip night-spots in Texas ...The Kamotions delivered a cool garage kind of music drenched in Hammond organ & Wah Wah guitars, also with a nice gritty bluesy feel to it. Kenny’s gruff vocals are outstanding.

"Better Days Are Coming" was potentially the best track on the album and released as a 45. "Better Dayts..." features the raw garage sound collectors of the genre love, fuzz-tone guitar takes over in the mix ... Elsewhere the varied styles include 'The Day When The Sun Goes Down’ being a moody ballad. Kenny sure is missing his girl. There’s a constant Hammond organ adding to the overall low key feel of the song. 'How Should I Feel’ also starts off all moody, again with cool Hammond but then really picks up pace and starts to groove in a late 60s style. There’s a memorable wah-wah guitar break. Kenny’s raw vocals also make this one an all round winner...

Opinion of this holy grail in heavy Texas garage psych is a must for obscure rock & garage collectors - distinct '60s feel to it even when it was released in 1970. Kenny Wayne and the Kamotions was pressed on the private CANDY label.  Don't let that sweet label name fool ya - this album stomps and kicks and claws like a bobcat in heat, romping through some heavy takes and a few MONSTER weedburner originals.  Southern fried acid rock at its finest!  Check out the catchy fuzz guitar & raw romp of "A Better Days A Comin"
