LABEL & CATALOG NUMBER:  Capitol Records (T 2047)

CONDITION:   The cover is a very solid VG+ to Excellent.  No seam splits, no writing and only light shelf wear.  The thick, original vinyl is in Very Good condition with many needle/paper scuffs that don't dramatically interfere with the sound quality.  Labels are in VG+ condition.

COMMENTS:   This is the ORIGINAL MONO version of "Meet The Beatles!" with no publishing credit print.  This was the very first issue of the album in the USA without the "BMI" or "ASCAP" publishing credit after each song on both labels.  The item you are looking at here, has none on either label!  These early 1964 original are getting harder to find and may quickly be near impossible to find at a reasonable price!  This rarity features the tan large letters "BEATLES!" on the front cover.  The cover is correct WITHOUT the "produced by George Martin" print on the back also with the number 3 on the back side.  Does include an original red Capitol inner sleeve in Good condition; noting seam splits on three sides (excluding opening).  If you're looking for the RARE STEREO version of this Hard-To-Find 1st pressing album, be sure to check out our other auctions!
