RARE:  MUDDY WATERS - TRAIN FARE HOME - 1948 ARISTOCRAT BLUES 78 rpm #1306

* RARE 1948 Muddy Waters Blues 78 rpm "TRAIN FARE HOME" & "SITTIN' HERE AND DRINKIN'" Aristocrat Records 1306.
* Grading: FAIR (F) shellac is worn with heavy play wear, both labels have writing on them, plays with pops & crackles.
* I cleaned this record and played it several times and it plays and sounds fairly good like old 78's are supposed to sound..
*  Very hard to find in any condition. A neat addition to any Blues collection. Thanks for your bid.
* Muddy Waters' "Train Fare Home" (often called "Train Fare Home Blues") was released in October 1948 as a 78 RPM single on Aristocrat Records (Catalog No. 1306), backed with "Sittin' Here and Drinkin'". This was before Aristocrat transitioned into the newly formed Chess Records in 1950. The song features Waters singing and playing guitar alongside bassist Ernest "Big" Crawford.
