Madonna's tenth studio album, the Grammy-winning Confessions on a Dance Floor (2005) has sold more than 10 million copies. The album received the most positive reviews since 1998's Ray of Light and is considered a return to form. It has produced four singles: "Hung Up", became one of the most successful singles of all time, reaching number one in a record breaking 41 countries. "Sorry" then became Madonna's twelfth number one in the UK. This unique has be made in celebration of this success. The print consists of a super rare poster with the lyrics of the song as well as a copy of this single and two photo's of Madonna.
