RARE (Maybe 1 of a kind?) Color vinyl - Roy Rogers / Homer & Jethro 10"

This is a rare 78 rpm record
It has RCA 20-4732 on one side:   ROY ROGERS  /  Peace In The Valley (For Me)
It has RCA 20-4770 on the other side:  HOMER and JETHRO  /  Li'l Ole Kiss of Fire
It is pressed on multi-color vinyl.
I have recently been told that some RCA employees (back in the day) would sometimes press a record for themselves (or for fun). They would sometimes use color vinyl (when the originals were printed on black) - and they sometimes "mixed" two different artists on each side.  
I've researched ... and I can't find anything that says that this was a legit pressing - so it could possibly be a 1 of a kind ??
