Capitol 33 Compact Made for jukeboxes. Came with 5 blue Seeburg Jukebox company title strips and 3 black and yellow miniature LP cover photo inserts. Despite being made for jukeboxes and in the US it had a small center hole like UK single releases.
Sleeve is thick card and is blank on the back.
