Description
Very Rare Gothic colored vinyl singles. The first single in this lot is "Nightingale/Witches Gold" by Mephisto Walz (featuring Bari Bari from Christian Death), released by The Fossil Dungeon on white vinyl in a Limited Edition of only 500 copies - this copy is still brand new in its original shrinkwrap - hence there being no photos of the actual record single itself.
Also included, is an extremely rare single of "Even Now/How It Came to Be This Way" by Autumn (the US band), released by Tess Records (well known for releasing Faith and the Muse's first 2 albums "Elyria" and "Annwyn, Beneath the Waves", as well as albums by This Ascension) on translucent blue vinyl.
The Mephisto Walz single came directly from Fossil Dungeon, while the Autumn single was received directly from Jeff Leyda, their bass player - I have never played it, and its condition is as I received it years ago (i.e. it didn't come shrink-wrapped). I believe it may have been a special promo edition, as I've never seen it for sale anywhere.
Both bands are powerful, guitar-driven examples of Gothic music from the 1990s (although Mephisto Walz pre-dated that time, coming from the post-punk 1980s era, and pioneering the classic Deathrock sound). These would both be great additions to any collection, and the music is fantastic!
Shipping cost includes a sturdy envelope for protection during shipment. International orders may be subject to customs fees.
Payment due at auction's end via PayPal. All sales are final. Many thanks in advance!
