Here is a rare Michigan garage single out of Ste. Saulte Marie in the U.P. by Bob Kirk and The Word on CUCA 6761 : Girl Talk b/w Summer Winds. Some pressings of this record pen the artist as "Rob Kirk" while others are "Bob Kirk." Both are quite rare as not too many copies were ever pressed. Labels show light wear and the record play grades a NICE VG overall on the ‘Girl Talk’ side and VG- on the flip. Vinyl with scratches and scuffs from being stored outside of a sleeve. There is some dimpling to the vinyl on the A-side as well which does not affect play. Please see my other auctionsH

Here is a rare, 1st pressing on the local COCONUT GROOVE label by The Cherry Slush doing their monster ‘I Cannot Stop You’ b/w Don’t Walk Away. This single was released on the USA label for national distribution later, but this pressing is much more obscure. Labels show only very light wear along with an ‘X’ and a ‘COMPLIMENTARY COPY’ stamp on one side. Record play grades a NICE VG. Strong playing copy. Please see my other auctions

Grading Scale:

NM = A near perfect record in every way. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.

VG++ = Somewhere between VG+ and Near Mint.

VG+ = Record has been played, but previous owner took good care of it. Record will have light scuffs or light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. VERY little to no background/surface noise will be heard while the record is playing.

VG = Light to moderate Background/surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's fade and intro. This background noise will not overpower the music otherwise, however. Groove wear and light scratches (deep enough to affect sound) will be noticeable. Still a nice record.

VG- = Somewhere between VG and G+.

G/G+ = Significant surface noise upon playing. Scratches and visible groove wear will be evident. Record will play through without skipping or sticking however.

Fair/Poor = I do not ever sell records at this grade, but they would be cracked, severly warped, with skips or sticks, or have obvious signs of HEAVY play. Basically it will serve better as a coaster than a record.
