**BEWARE SELLERS** Watch out for a buyer from the UK (wedding2010).

I just sold one of these 45's a couple of weeks ago. The buyer from the UK (wedding2010) immediately left a negative feedback that was NOT TRUE. Claiming it skipped and was a waste of money. Well, the one I sold, and the remaining 11 copies I have left here are all new and never circulated. We (the band) got them from the leftover stock of our defunct Record Company. I have now tried the other 11 copies here and all are brand new and play perfectly.

My original posting said to please notify me if any issues before any bad feedback. I offered a refund. I also sent two emails and again offered a refund OR exchange for another copy. No response. I also asked if it was damaged in shipping. No response.  Also asked to try cleaning it and try it again.  No response.  I asked to revise or remove the feedback. They refused.  If their claim was true, why wouldn't someone try to resolve it?  Obviously, it was only meant to attack my rating.

I think it's very unfair to try to damage my rating without even communicating, and the system won't even let me respond with my own negative review.

This record has been big on the Northern Soul dance market for years.  A rare find.  This particular 45 is taken right out of the band's stash that we got from the record label after it folded many years ago.  SUPER CLEAN.  Never played (only once recently to test it).  Never in circulation. I have 11 copies left.

I only listed is as used because it is not sealed.  Record super clean.  Labels super clean.  Sleeve really clean for being stored in a stack of them.  In a generic white sleeve from the record label.

There were also some released in a promotional picture sleeve with wording and bio info.  I do have a few of those that I may start selling soon as well.

I think if the seller is honest and explains it the best they can, plus offering a refund - that should erase any doubts (as long as the buyer is honest as well).

This is the last time I'll drop the price - THIS COMES RIGHT FROM THE ARTIST'S ARCHIVED STOCK ON HAND.

I can get insurance if requested too.

As originally stated, if there are any problems or questions at all, please let me know before posting any negative reviews.  I will issue a refund when buyer pays return shipping, and if the item is returned exactly as was sent out.  I want everyone to be happy with what they buy.  I am very honest and proud of my good rating.

If I don't sell it, I won't drop the price. I'll just put it back in the band archives with the others.
