It comes with an insert: (two actually)" Nautilus Recordings Customer Questionnaire with ads for other LPs on the back etc. ". Books for up to $60.00 in the guides.The record is excellent. Shiny bright. Should play great. Faint streaking and a faint scuff-line. The labels are good. The cover has light surface wear and tiny nicks with stress lines in one corner. A bit of wear around the edges and corners.
