Description
Great and rare northern soul 45 by Marie Knight on MUSICOR 1106 : That's No Way To Treat A Girl / Say It Again. Labels are clean. Record is in exceptionally nice condition and play grades about as close to Near Mint as you can get for a record that shows at least some evidence that it has been played before. Playing surface is beautiful, only a few VERY faint hairlines which do not affect play at all. This record was probably only played a handful of times ever. It would be nearly impossible to upgrade, especially since it play grades like a near mint record. Click on the link above to hear an unaltered soundclip of the actual record being offered here. GRADING SCALE:
NM = A near perfect record in every way. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.
VG++ = Somewhere between VG+ and Near Mint.
VG+ = Record has been played, but previous owner took good care of it. Record will have light scuffs or light scratches that don't affect one's listening experience. VERY little to no background/surface noise will be heard while the record is playing.
VG = Light to moderate Background/surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song's fade and intro. This background noise will not overpower the music otherwise, however. Groove wear and light scratches (deep enough to affect sound) will be noticeable. Still a nice record.
VG- = Somewhere between VG and G+.
G/G+ = Significant surface noise upon playing. Scratches and visible groove wear will be evident. Record will play through without skipping or sticking however.
Fair/Poor = Cracked, severely warped, with skips or sticks, or have obvious signs of HEAVY play. Basically it will serve better as a coaster than a record.
