Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has became very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. Hard to find... RARE Original 1971 first pressing in unipak gatefold cover... the real deal..... the hardest to find of the two Sir Lord Baltimore Lps ....1971 RARE first pressing with sonic sound clarity:

Before it's too late there's gonna be human eruption...in 1971, Sir Lord Baltimore successfully bolsters its rhythm section by adding guitarist Joey Dambra, brother of fellow axeman Louis, and with its #2 album... and completes the second part of their probable two-album deal with Mercury. It hits the racks. Dilemma #2 - a) aw man, it doesn't crack my driveway pavement like Kingdom Come, b) by golly, they've toned down some of the all-out for a bit of melodic progressive hard rock..and (c) Oh wow, this album has terrific catchy tunes amid the contained heaviness, making it an improvement you don't see until playing a few times, letting the music sink in.
Right off the bat proggy "Man from Manhattan", a 10+ minute epic with terrific meody line with odd harmonies, steely vibrating chords, isolated vocals, and a mid/end track solo-esque patch that's quite engaging, quite bice after it sinks in. Up next is a live track, the self-actualized "Where Are We Going", a rocked-out heavy number borders on the top notch.
“Chicago Lives” with its reoccurring dramatic-flow riff and some controlled baying that drummer/vocalist John Garner probably would’ve taken to the extent of sounding like a man on fire on the debut should've been the inaugural song for this lp. Great catchy stuff.
All in all so far not as landsliding as the debut, but more focused and, ahem, cultured. The exceptional "Low and Behold" strides rather unembarrassedly with a groove ala Sabbaths Paranoid in “Fairies Wear Boots” gait while “Woman Tamer”, swimmingly their *best* song EVER, reinvents the heaviness that saturates their debut but is now vested with full grown maturity that's grinning with the knowledge that it's hitting it deadpan on the head with this one. Driven with cool mighty riffs a little more inventive than the pulverizing Sabbath mold, two or three harrowingly arctic guitar solos are embraced while Garner's vocals do nothing to sicken the health of this top song. The start of “Caesar LXXI” is ominous, the vocals narrowing with a mad scientist pitch, then quickens to something more actively threatening while a sturdy, vocally backed chorus hails the emperor and the album ends in bursts of rapid-fire, spasmy heavinesss.
Overall, the first two tracks, especially the ocean liner "Man From Manhattan", forgo much of the saw-shaven witchery and heavy-bending of the first Lp, meanwhile Garner's falling-off-a-cliff screams have been demoted, but actually....the album as a whole, is all uphill. Apparently, as this album is much (much) harder to get than the first Lp, most collectors heard the uphill ...as #2 is a classic grower, and one to own.Sir LOrd Baltimore certainly left skidmarks in the uncheckerd halls of semi-obscure heavy rock scene.

CONDITION: The Cover: is in the old style unipack gatefold and all around solid, VG++ with just a little light wear starting, not bad at all, and overall a very acceptable collection keeper with delete drill at top lright => no seam splits, no bends, no writing,,,all over solid and one that collectors would keep !
The Vinyl: is clean and clear, top level M- ...it is ALL clear and smooth over both sides so...audio play is beautiful!! CLEAN Mercury labels too...
