Description
Here is a historic Original 1968 Jimi Hendrix Lp album "Axis Bold as Love" The 2nd earth shaking studio Lp by the Jimi Hendrix Experience AKA Noel Redding Mitch Mitchell & Jimi Hendrix. This rock relic is the fist pressing with tri color stereo labels. This is an original pressing released by Reprise Records RS-6281 Stereo. Has original Reprise inner sleeve. This 50 year old has been well preserved and the record has survived to still play well!
The vinyl rates VG, is still glossy and clean, has some faint sleeve marks, a few light marks and a couple small more moderate ones, has been play tested! Plays great from start to finish with very good sound quality, some errant light pops here and there, light surface noise, nothing terribly annoying, still a very enjoyable listen!!
The cover rates strong VG+, is super clean, has super bright colors with no ring wear, edges/corners have only light wear, top seam neatly repaired with clear tape by record opening, no signatures or writing, no cut outs, looks minimally handled, cool and unique cover! Vintage inner sleeve is clean, center split neatly taped. (see all pictures)
Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve inside a secure record mailing box with tracking number.
