Here is a RARE album from my collection offered up for sale: Elvis Presley's 1956 debut album "Elvis Presley" this is an original 1956 pressing on RCA records LPM-1254. This is the. RARE early 1st pressing with missing songwriter credit error P.D (public domain) on "Just Because". This error was quickly changed and only the first ones had this error!.Great songlist written by songwriting hall of famers Little Richard & Ray Charles, and others!
The vinyl grades VGVG-, clean and glossy, some small faint marks, nothing heavy. PLAY TESTED, plays from start to finish but has two or three brief jumps in "I'm counting on you". It's pretty painless really. Does NOT get stuck and plays through, besides that, overall clear sound with very minimal surface noise!, still a very enjoyable listen! Original RCA inner sleeve. Labels look great!
The cover rates VG, is clean and bright with no ring wear on Elvis portrait, some old masking tape at bottom of cover on front and back,Binder, upper & lower seam have been neatly repaired, No writing or signatures. (see all photos)
