A 45 that needs no hype, I Let A Good Man Go/Little Love Affair is the most sought-after Seattle soul single. The Northern soul crowd has pushed the original into the $4000-$5000 range. We offer the 2nd single in the highly acclaimed Wheedle's Groove set of ten 45s, issued in 2011. Few folks outside Seattle's "CD" (Central District, where most African-Americans lived in the '60s) noticed this record when it was first issued in '69; the Right Reverend Patrinell (Staten) Wright testifies that she and the fellows in the band sold the original pressing of 500 "from the trunks of our cars".
