Leigh Stephens - And A Cast Of Thousands LP, Casablanca CAS1040 1971. Fantastic rare one off solo album from former Blue Cheer frontman Stephens, every track written and produced by Stephens himself except for a cover of The Rolling Stones classic Jumpin' Jack Flash which is in itself a great mod beat/ psych number amongst some great psych/ blues/ funky soul/ mod beat sounds with alternating female and male vocals and Stephens himself sounding like Axl Rose's inspiration for an entire career. The album plays brilliant throughout with just a light crackle at the start of the A2 & B4 tracks and a feint background crackle on the acoustic folk A4 number. Visually is in nice strong ex condition. Superb and diverse album. Happy to combine postage at cost.
