Description
Here is a PROMO album from my collection offered up for sale: "Miles Davis At Fillmore" released in 1970 by Columbia Records G 30038 Stereo. This is a RARE promotional first pressing, vinyl has white 2 eye labels and the cover has two promo stickers, on inside gatefold and back cover. This is a double album, features the legendary trumpet innovator Miles Davis with his soothing and soulful sounds and great backing band playing live at the Fillmore East, four shows. GREAT album.
The vinyl rates VG/VG+, are both clean and glossy, have some light marks on each side, also have a few small more moderates ones, all have been PLAY TESTED. Both discs play very good from start to finish, clear sound with a few light background pops, some more can be heard on Friday side, no skips or jumps and an enjoyable listen!
The cover rates strong VG, is clean and bright with great color and minimal ring wear, has a few small seam splits neatly repaired with tape, binder edge is EX and readable. Has a corner bump with small tear to cover at opening that has been neatly taped on inside, has an indent to the slick that is hard to see (see photo), inside gatefold has radio station writing. Will be shipped in a plastic sleeve in a record mailing box with tracking. Vinyl will shipped in the sleeve outside the cover to prevent splits.
