Description

Offered are two sets of 12" metal stampers used to press the rare and obscure "5 String Banjo" LP by Fred Van Eps, with Robert Van Eps accompanying on piano.


In original heavy cardboard sleeves. One set is marked "375 made from these" - which is likely the entirety of the initial pressing from 1956. These are still in very good condition with some signs of wear/use.

The other set is marked "spare" - and is probably unused - in excellent condition - very little sign of use.


The offered metal stampers were acquired from the collection of Steve LaVere.
