Description

RARE and LONG OUT OF PRINT! PLAYED ONLY ONCE! PINK FLOYD "WISH YOU WERE HERE" Gorgeous Radio Play PROMO LP reissue pressed on glorious SKY-BLUE COLORED Vinyl! Still in original shrink wrap, though not sealed. The black marker writing ("Colored Vinyl") that is shown in the photo scan is on the shrink wrap and NOT on the cover! The cover is immaculate. Released 1985, Capital/CBS SONY Records (30AP1875-01).
For my money, "Wish You Were Here" is their finest hour--a heartfelt masterpiece of mourning and worship of their fallen idol and founder, Syd Barrett.  Roger Waters tore his heart out in lyrical sorrow around the bluesy tearful guitar lines of David Gilmour.
