Description

Considered by many to be THE BEST recording of Puccini's beloved "La Boheme", the cast on this fabulous sounding set of RCA monaural tapes includes Jussi Bjoerling, Victoria de los Angeles, Robert Merrill, Lucine Amara, Giorgio Tozzi, John Reardon, Fernando Corena, William Nahr, Thomas Powell, and George del Monte. Sir Thomas Beecham, Bart. conducts the RCA Victor Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. RCA reel tapes DC45 and DC46 are boxed in their original attractive slip case. Original pamphlets are enclosed. Splice-free MONO HALF TRACK tapes play beautifully on my Revox A-77 Deck. Tapes are designed for half-track machines tho they can be heard to slightly lesser advantage on quarter track machines. Boxes have some minor age-related wear. Packing, USPS Media Mail shipping, and insurance are a flat $6 to domestic U.S. destinations. Priority mailing on request. International destinations will cost more. I prefer US Postal Money Orders or PayPal. Other money orders and personal cheques will require clearance at my bank before shipping.
