Hello and welcome to our auctions!

THE MEMPHIS SOUNDS

Millionaire Without Love / Girl of My Dreams

(Pure Gold 315)

All the Pure Gold releases are rare - but this is the only copy of this one we've ever come across. A cool mid-60s R&B/Doo-Wop/Soul 45 by the Memphis Sounds - think this is their only release.

Condition: VG+, vinyl still has some gloss, some light scuffs and marks but nothing serious. Nice (gold) labels.

Check audio clips for yourself. All clips recorded directly from the vinyl, no effects added. It's not ideal (it really magnifies minor defects and adds distortion that often are not audible in regular playback) but should give you a general idea of play condition of the record.

Please check our feedback for recommendations and feedback on our grading, service and packaging. That's why it's there!

RECORD GRADING

We grade conservatively, and aim to describe the records accurately. We grade visually according to Goldmine standards, with the addition of an Excellent (VG++ or E)grade for the hazy grey area between Near Mint and VG+. This grade applies to records with one minor flaw that makes it no longer Near Mint, but still above VG+.
