The front of the sleeve has a colorful picture of Donald with Huey, Louie and Dewey

The back of the sleeve has picture of the curtains from a stage which the bottom left has surface off and the center has been taken off which had the punch out puppets

• Vinyl: VG+VG+ (Both sides have faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)
• Labels: VG++VG++
• Sleeve: VG+VG (Bit of wear on front along edges and corners. Back has a piece of the surface off on the left bottom and the inside of the back is missing which had the punch out puppets. There is a crease on the left side of the back and is torn a bit)    
• Book Pages: VG (Page 1, 5 & 7 partially colored very nicely)
