Here’s a very rare pressing of Led Zeppelin II! This is the very FIRST pressing of the album, which is known as the Bob Ludwig Loud Mix. The initials “RL” are in the trailoff on both sides. Copies of this album were recalled off store shelves when complaints from buyers rolled in. The music was recorded so loudly onto the disc that cheaper record players couldn’t track the grooves. But, when played on a mid to high end system, this record sounds absolutely awesome. This is on the Atlantic label, number SD 8236, original pressing from 1969. The vinyl grades VG+ and the cover is in similar shape. I played a few minutes of this album, and it sounds amazing on my rig. Comes with the original Atlantic inner sleeve as well. The matrix codes are (side one) ST-A-691671-MO-CC MR (in a circle) RL SS delta 13933 1 w AT. Side two is ST-A691672-MO 4A T MR TE AT RL SS (Delta) 13933-X. Very hard one to find!!
