By all appearances, this is a -very rare- test pressing/master for the 1974 Nancy Wilson LP "All in Love is Fair." 
The tracks have several non-LP songs and the box notes verify it's authenticity.  Producer Gene Page's name is listed on the the front of the box. 
Since I don't have a reel to reel, I can't play verify this item.  However, I will 100% guarantee it's authenticity & make certain the buyer is satisfied with the price and condition.
