PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS MY LAST COPY OF THE FOUR COPIES OF THIS RARE 45 THAT I HAVE RECENTLY HAD, AND THIS COPY IS IN THE BEST CONDITION OF ANY OF THE FOUR!! I HAVE NO MORE AFTER THIS COPY IS SOLD!! This is an ORIGINAL 1956 U.S. PERFECT RECORDS RARE FLORIDA ROCKABILLY 45 RPM RECORD (NOT A REPRO AND NOT THE LATER ART RECORDS REISSUE!!) containing the tracks 'Hang Loose (I've Gotta Rock)'/'One-Eyed Sam' from Tommy Spurlin And The Southern Boys. It is Perfect Records catalog number 45-109. Both sides of this record are GREAT crudely produced rockabilly, sound bites of both songs on offer here can be heard on the 'Rockin Country Style' website. Condition of this 45 is better than any of the other copies of this 45 I have offered previously - Visual condition is a high VG, almost a low VG+, with the following flaws: one light surface scratch on the A-side which can barely be felt that may or may not cause slight ticks for a few revolutions, no skips. Record also has a small to moderate amount of surface marks and scuffs which cannot be felt and have no effect on play - Record plays through nicely on both sides with the aforementioned few slight ticks and a few other very slight ticks which have no visible cause, and a little light surface noise throughout. Record also has a very slight slow warp which only becomes apparent when the record is placed on a turntable and which has absolutely no effect on play. Labels have some contact wear and a some wear around the center hole on the A-side only as can be seen in my accompanying image, no other real flaws. I am starting the bidding for this super rockabilly rarity at a fair price for its high VG condition, as my last copy in worse condition than this sold in three figures, I will leave it to the bidders to determine its actual value.
