ARTIST & TITLES : Artie Dillon In My Teens b/w Blue

LABEL : Kandy Kane#2203.

CONDITION : The record is shiny EX with some juke marks on one side. Plays through with only a few light crackles and ticks along with some faint back hiss that is most likely from the tape master from the way it sounds. The labels are clean but have slight ghost images from being stacked against duplicate titles with wet ink during manufacturing

COMMENTS : Teen rocker on the A-side (In My Teens) and a teen group sound on the flip (Blue). This is a local Peoria Illinois release. Kandy Kane Records was located on Smith St in the south side of Peoria and was a small operation. None of the releases on this label show up with any regularity, I suspect less than 2000 were pressed on any one title. The only other title I find locally on Kandy Kane is by The Warner Brothers and titled "Study Hall". Produced by long time Peoria area TV weatherman and all around good guy Lee Ranson. The last copy of this record listed on Ebay sold for $191.00 a few months ago and was in VG- condition. Here is your chance to get a MUCH better copy. Don't miss this one !!
