This auction is for a RARE 10 album box set of "Album Golden" (The Golden Album) by The Rolling Stones. This version is a Taiwanese import with the index number LF-2326-2335. It was released by Lyou Fang (or Feng) Records which is known for its Reader's Digest 10 record box sets. I believe it is from 1970. This box set includes original box and all 10 records including compilation albums, big hit albums, and live albums. Several typos of song and album names can be found on the back of the box and on the center record labels. The box set is in overall good condition. The box bind is holding well. The box has discoloration and fading but all member and writing can still be seen clearly. There is a signature in pen down at the bottom. I do not know if it is from the original owner or possibly even a band member. I have been able to compare it to any of the member's signatures during my research. Someone has written in the number of each album on the back in pencil. All the albums are wrapped in plastic and most are also in paper sleeves. The sleeves do not appear to be the originals. The albums are in great shape! Very slight superficial markings. For the most part they are fairly clean looking. No bends or warps. Each record has been lightly cleaned with velvet record brush, no chemicals. Each one plays and sounds great! Possible slight skip on 4B. I noticed a small smudge or spot that could potentially be taken care of with record cleaner. No noticeable skips on the rest of the albums. Shipping price will include extra insurance for this item.
