Payments

International Buyers:

We are currently only shipping to customers located in Canada and Puerto Rico.  We are not in the position to sell items to any other customers living outside of the United States.  This is non-negotiable and is not on a case by case basis.

Shipping

Packages are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday/Holidays). All orders are shipped standard via USPS unless USPS priority is specified. All games and small items below a $50.00 purchase value will be shipped in a standard bubble mailer, if applicable.  If you would like any item purchased below a $50.00 purchase value to be shipped in a box, please specify so in a message before purchasing your item.  The charge for this convenience is $0.99 and will be added on to the predetermined shipping costs prior to your actual purchase of the item.  We have the right to decline any requests made after purchase is completed and paid for.

Hawaii, Alaska, & US Territories will be shipped via USPS and will require additional postage.

Combined shipping is done at the seller’s discretion. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

Any item sold over $200.00 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.

Local Pick-Up: Local Pick-Up is available (unless otherwise indicated). Please call us at  623-537-7851 or contact us via eBay messages if you would like to arrange pick-up of your item at our Glendale, Arizona 85307 store location. Items should be paid for prior to picking up.  If you purchased a large item (e.g. generators, appliances, etc.), please call us first to verify the pick-up location of the item. We request a courtesy call in advance so that we may have your item ready for you. An item that is purchased as a local pick up must be picked up within 5 business days of the end of the auction. If the item(s) is not picked up within 5 days, the order will be revoked, a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed, and we reserve the right as a seller to relist and sell the item again on eBay.  All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax, when applicable.

Returns

Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was far from  as described and/or photographed in the listing.  Any listing with specific images provided of the exact item itself shows the buyer exactly the condition in which they are buying the item.  If you would like extra information regarding condition we request that you message us prior to closing the sale.  All information contained in this listing is considered reliable.

Buyer must contact us at 623-537-7851 or contact us via eBay messages to initiate a return within 48 hours of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/declared value charges. Original shipping & handling charges plus the return shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE & WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.

As a security measure we mark all items before shipping. Prior to refunding payments, we must verify security markings and compare pre-auction photos / archived information of the item.  Please allow for 2 business days to complete this process (excluding Saturday/Sunday/Holidays).  Your refund of purchase will be refunded after by the end of the 2nd business day.

Once the claim from the shipping carrier is approved and paid, we will issue you the appropriate refund.
