Amazingly, when Buddy Holly and the Crickets were touring Australia in the late '50s they heard this song.  Cricket, Jerry Ivan Allison made a cover of the song with Holly and the rest of the Crickets when they got home, mainly as a joke!  Not wanting his real name on it he used his middle name. Most importantly, though, this version by Ivan actually has Buddy Holly on it and is one of the most desirable Holly items especially the UK release.  There would not have been more than a handful made and, how many are still around is anyone's guess.
