Sensational Alex Harvey Band 'Rock Drill' Vertigo 6370 423 
This is a rare item. If you're reading this you probably know the story, but anyway - initial releases of 'Rock Drill' on Vertigo had 'No Complaints Department' (NCD) as the final track on Side 2. This was then replaced with 'Mrs Blackhouse' on the Mountain release and a sticker was put on the sleeve with the revised track listing. I don't know if the first Mountain versions had NCD - I've yet to find one!
To the best of my knowledge NCD has not been (intentionally) released since. Ironically it does appear on *some* versions of the 'Portrait' CD where it is listed as 'Mrs Blackhouse' (I kid you not!!)
This is a Vertigo vinyl release (dated 1978) including NCD. If you look at the pictures of the sleeve and record centre you'll see that this appears to be a New Zealand release, NOT the German or UK Vertigo releases including NCD (which I also have, so can compare). This sleeve says 'marketed by Phonogram' with a New Zealand address and the text around the outside of the centre labels is in English. The UK one is in English but with a London address. On the German version it says 'aus dem hause Phonogram' and the text around the centre is in German. 
I am not a professional record grader (this is from my personal collection) so I can only tell you what I hear.
There are some minor crackles and pops between tracks and sometimes audible during quiet passages. Side 1 Track 1 (i) and (ii) have a couple of clicks and Side 2 Track 4 'Water Beastie' has a distinct click for about 5 or 6 revolutions. Sadly there are some crackles in the first minute or so of NCD and later on as well but I don't think it detracts, given how awesome a track it is ;-) and a fitting final track for SAHB (imho!) There are no visible scuffs or scratches on either side. 
 The sleeve is in pretty good condition (no stickers or writing) but some minor damage to the corners and edges. The inner sleeve is plastic lined (but I don't think that's original).
