Rare Swedish Beatles EP from 1964 in great condition

Aint she sweet/If you love me baby

The record is graded as EX++. Heavy and shiny vinyl ! NOT the typical scratched copy !  Only a few light surface hairlines/marks from in and out. The record is 100% flat and plays without  skips or sticks.

The very thin paper cover is in EX condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO split or tears. No major faults. Light corner/edge wear. Small name on front. Small mark from a removed price sticker on back.

The labels are free from any unwanted hand writing or sticker. Graded as Mint-.
