Description:Up for your consideration is the next in a series of unique Lps, this one featuring The Firm with Jimmy Page. Internet research shows this may be a bootleg copy (The Oriental print on the front cover + the repeating of the tracks on both records would tend to support this). The front cover notes it is a limited colored edition. There is some Oriental print front upper left corner surrounding a figure which has "International Record" below it. See scans.

Several unique things about this item: Firstly, these discs retain the original shine with a few very light apparent sleeve marks grading by sight in normal room light. I'm sure if you took these and put them under a 1000 watt bulb, you'd probably find something that makes them less than mint. If you're that kind of collector, let me suggest this auction is not for you.

I don't claim these records are mint. Based on past experience and visual examination, I'd expect the tracks to audily average at least half way between VG+(excellent) and Near Mint. If you want an audio grade of an entire record, no problem, just drop me a note well in advance of the end of auction. You can then assign your own grade based on my comments on what I heard and the GRADING SCALE BELOW!.

Keep in mind how it plays for me may differ how it plays for you based on differences in audio equipment.

Secondly, at the time of this listing, no past/present sales on e-bay. NO COPIES FOUND FOR SALE OUT ON THE INTERNET!

I am using the Goldmine scale of G=Good(1), VG = Very Good(2), VG+ = Very Good Plus(excellent)(3), NM = Near Mint(4) when grading the disc(s).

Here is a summary of the record(s):

Additional criteria I use when audibly grading records for people:

• NM(4) = absolutely nothing wrong at all (very rarely happens--I've even opened sealed records and they don't play Near Mint)
• 3.5-3.9 = very, very light surface noise
• 3.1-3.4 = very light surface noise, very light pops
• VG+(3) = up to light pops and light surface noise (below this, one's enjoyment is affected, very subjective)
• VG(2) = up to medium pops and moderate surface noise
• G(1) = up to heavy pops and heavy surface noise

I normally ship a single record in a standard 12.5 x 12.5 x 1 record mailer. Weight with box is 1 pound 5 ounces. Shipping is $3.22 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $1.20 box/tape/pack = $4.42.
Alternatively, I can ship in a 14 x 14 x 6" box. Weight with box is about 1 pound 15 oz. Shipping is $3.22 Media Rate (1-2 pounds) + $1.70 box/tape/packing = $4.92.
