Description
This is an original UK vinyl pressing of the classic 1971 compilation album by The Who - Meaty, Beaty, Big and Bouncy On Track (SUPER) Records Ref 2406 006 Matrices are A1 // B4 - side 1 has 'Porky' etched into the run off groove. Record is EX+ / Nr Mint - very little I can pick up thats wrong with it, not even any spindle marks on the label indicating its been played (and track labels mark easily). Side 1 label does have some 'spidering' but thats a production issue and very slight. Beautiful copy. Inner sleeve is plain white 'Plastic Bags can Be Dangerous' poly lined - EX Outer Gatefold Sleeve is an EX , a little corner wear to the bottom right but other than that its in great shape with a nicely squared spine, still perfectly readable (please excuse the camera flash in the pictures, will try and get some more on) Printed In England by Robor Limited. I use the Record Collector Grading Criteria which is as follows: Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as sealed or unplayed should be Mint. Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing. Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
