MODEL/STYLE:  LONG PLAY RECORD ALBUM SET

CONDITION:  Quite excellent - has only been played twice!  The one owner played them the two times in order to tape the music for his own personal use.  There are no scratches of the vinyl and all jackets, covers as well at the box are perfect!  Be sure to scroll down to check all of our photos for 'rarities' and peculiar points of interest pertaining to this particular collection -   PLEASE NOTE that the High Bidder of this auction will receive this highly desirable boxed set which includes:

*  The box itself with the textured, almost vinyl feel lid top.

*  The album, "MY GENERATION", is in MONO - VERY RARE - the only Mono record in the collection!

*  "The Kids Are Alright" is a longer version at 3:01!

*  The album, "Live at Leeds", has a custom Leeds label and comes with a packet of 12 inserts including a group picture post card, a poster -  "MAXIMUM R&B", a reproduction photograph from Woodstock and replicas of receipts and other documents....

*  In the album, "Who Are You?", there is a misspelled word in the title of the song, "Music (spelled Musik) Must Change."

*  In the album, "The Who - Sellout", there is another misspelled word - 'Relay' instead of 'Relax!'

*  The album, "Quadrophenia", has the black TRACK label and includes a booklet.

*  Included is a Libretto (12 pages) from the rock opera, "TOMMY."

*  The "Sell Out" album front and back covers are reversed!

*  The "Tommy" album jacket is a tri-fold (three panel) cover!

*  The "Live at Leeds" album has pockets inside and please note the Blue Lettering on the front cover, too!

COMMENTS:  This set was originally purchased in the Spring, 1982 for approximately $40.00  It is offered here with NO RESERVE so now is a great time to add it to your collection!  Be sure to place that winning bid soon!  Happy bidding to all....

Our shipping costs quoted in the listing include insurance and are based on shipping by FEDEX, USPS FIRST CLASS, and USPS PRIORITY or USPS GLOBAL EXPRESS (EMS) ONLY.  Although the shipping calculator indicates UPS shipping, your item will be shipped by FedEx!  Your item(s) are prepared in advance for shipment in our distribution center and include first-quality materials and professional packing services. Our shipping fees are intended to cover these costs.  Insurance is included in the shipping cost and is required on all shipments for both parties protection.

SHIPPING COSTS and/or SHIPPING METHODS CAN NOT BE CHANGED or NEGOTIATED after an auction begins or ends.

Items will ship within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. 

Due to our automated systems, WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING. 

Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for items over 2 lbs.

LOCAL PICK-UP : Please contact us to arrange pick up of your item at our Houston store.
All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + a $5 handling fee.  WE NO LONGER ACCEPT RESALE CERTIFICATES FOR SALES TAX AVOIDANCE.

We ship to most international locations.

Do you take money orders or checks?
Yes, we do.  Checks require clearing prior to shipment.

What are the warranty terms?
We are not a retailer or manufacturer of the merchandise and therefore do not offer warranties.  You may, however, purchase a reasonably priced warranty on select items by clicking on the SQUARE TRADE seal or eBay Warranty seal in the auction listing.

Can you send me additional photos of the item?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of items we process, we cannot take additional photos after an auction has begun.

We accept Paypal, Money Orders and Personal Checks (after clearing).

ALL items picked up or shipped to in state residents will be charged state and local sales tax during the Checkout process.  We no longer accept Resale Certificates for sales tax avoidance.
Once the auction ends, the winning bidder can pay using the PAY NOW checkout button, or wait to receive an automated email invoice shortly after the auction ends, with totals and payment instructions.

Checkout must be completed within 5 days of the close of auction, and all PayPal payments must be made within this time period. If payment isn't received within this duration, the order will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder strike may be filed.
