Description
Superb FIRST pressing of Jimi Hendrix Electric Ladyland with the CONTROVERSIAL, WITHDRAWN cover!
I believe this could be your final upgrade!
Identifying features are:
- MISPRINTED with Jimi Hendrix's portrait on left-hand side and the front cover behind it
- Cover spread has gloss laminate with matt print areas left exposed at the two cut edges where the disks insert.
- Gatefold opens to view inner spread of small sepia images of Noel Redding & Mitch Mitchell on the right, with white credit text below them and Track Records logo in the centre.
- Disc 1: 613008 Side A runout 613008 A//1 184
- Disc 1: 613008 Side D runout 613008 B?2 420 1 2 9
- Disc 2: 613009 Side B runout 613009 A?2 420 11 1
- Disc 2: 613009 Side C runout 613009 B//2420 1 1 3

Disk- EXCELLENT/Very Good Plus - VERY CLEAN disk with a GREAT SHINE to it. There are some extremely light marks, that are barely visible under a strong light and in no way affect the listening experience. The whole album plays magnificently with absolutely no background noise even in quieter passages. Some very light ring wear but hole is not mis-shapen. All text clear and visible. A superb example that plays like the day it was released!
Sleeve- Excellent/ Very Good Plus- VERY, VERY CLEAN with only the slightest of wear. All the writing is clearly visible. There are no creases to the sleeve and the corners are in great shape.
We would love to rate this as near mint, but it is clear it has been used although EXTREMELY well looked after, with only extremely slight signs it has been handled.
