Here is a MEGA RARE vintage Beach Boys album from my collection offered up for sale: This is an AUTHENTIC original 1968 USA CAPITOL RECORD CLUB pressing of "Stack o Tracks", released in 1968 by Capitol Records, this is a rare "mail order" pressing only available to Capitol Record Club members! Album features instrumental versions of their popular songs along with a lead Guitar/ rhythm guitar and bass guitar tablature book including lyrics for singing and playing along, cool! This is the 1968 pressing with black with colorband labels and special club pressing prefix DKAO 8 2893 on both the labels and the cover.
The heavy vinyl record rates VG, is glossy and clean, has a few light marks, a couple small more moderate marks, has been PLAY TESTED! Plays from start to finish with very good sound quality, a bit of light surface noise can be heard between tracks, a few errant pops, no skips or jumps, an enjoyable listen! The special pressing cover rates VG, great front portrait of the boys with no ring wear, edges have only light wear, binder edge EX and readable, inside gatefold has some spot light stains, bottom opening corner has bump and rub to slick/water staining that goes through to gatefold and booklet. Otherwise the booklet is clean and bright and looks minimally handled. Includes printed inner sleeve, clean and bright! Hard to find pressing!
